At Trippz, we are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all users. Our safety standards and policies comply with Google’s Child Safety Standards, GDPR, and other relevant regulations.

Safety Standards

Age Restrictions:

Trippz is designed for users aged 13 and above. Users under 13 are strictly prohibited from creating accounts. For users under 16 in the EU, parental consent is required in compliance with GDPR.

Content Moderation:

All user-generated content is reviewed using a combination of AI-based detection systems and human moderators to prevent harmful, abusive, or inappropriate material.

Reporting Tools:

Users can report inappropriate behavior, content, or accounts directly within the app. Reports are reviewed promptly, and appropriate action is taken.

Blocking Features:

Users can block or restrict other users to prevent unwanted interactions.

Anti-Harassment Policy:

Harassment, bullying, hate speech, or any form of abusive behavior is strictly prohibited. Violations result in account suspension or termination.

Child Safety:

We do not allow content or behavior that exploits or endangers minors. Any such activity is reported to the relevant authorities.

Parental Controls:

Trippz is designed with user safety in mind, but we strongly encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in monitoring their children's online activities. While Trippz does not currently provide specific parental control features, we recommend that parents:

Use device-level parental controls (available on iOS, Android, and other platforms) to manage app usage and screen time.

Regularly discuss online safety practices with their children, including the importance of not sharing personal information and reporting inappropriate behavior.

Trippz complies with all applicable laws and regulations to ensure a safe environment for users, but ultimate responsibility for monitoring and guiding minors' use of the app lies with parents and guardians.

Data Privacy & GDPR Compliance

We collect only essential user data and do not share personal information with third parties without user consent.

Transparency & Control:

Users have full control over their data and can access, modify, or delete their information at any time.

Right to Erasure:
